What Counts as a Maintenance Emergency?If you are experiencing any of the following issues, please call our 24/7 emergency maintenance line at 619-425-1017:
- Fire or smoke damage (after calling 911)
- Active flooding or water intrusion
- No heat during cold weather
- Break-ins or security breaches
- Gas leaks
What Is Not an Emergency? Some items—such as a non-working air conditioner—are important but not considered emergencies. These will be addressed during normal business hours in the order received.
